For centuries, master builders were charged with overseeing every aspect of a project, from initial design through completion of construction. It allowed these gifted craftsmen the opportunity to build structures tailored for purpose and site.
At Allen+Batchelor Construction we’re proud to offer similar Design+Build services. Our years of experience in commercial, medical and ecclesiastical construction make us uniquely qualified to oversee projects designed and built to best suit our customers’ needs.

We pledge to provide our clients with superior construction services and deliver these services in a professional, reliable, responsive and friendly manner. We will initiate and maintain regular contact with our clients throughout the construction and warranty period to insure they remain completely informed and have as much input, as they desire.
Our business atmosphere will be one of teamwork. We will encourage innovation among our associates, insist on the highest quality, and provide positive incentives to promote these goals.

We believe in constructing something more, and often more meaningful, than beautiful buildings. With every project, be it small or significant, we’re building relationships. We understand how important these structures can be. Much more than merely a place to work, play or live, they are reflections of the client, a very real metaphor for who they are and hope to be. With that in mind, we strive to treat our customers the way we ourselves would like to be treated and approach every project not as a contractor but as a partner in building something special.

Safety
Safety
It is the policy of Allen+Batchelor Construction to provide an injury and incident free workplace. We strive to continually improve in the safety and health of all employees and subcontractors by continual training and input from our employee safety team.
Our safety program is managed by a Safety officer as well as our employee safety team. Regular training and inspection of jobsites are all an active component to our management of safety. Subcontractors are required to sign a Subcontractor Safety Requirements contract prior to beginning work on site. This is the basis to our safety policy and gets everyone involved in a project aligned as to our safety expectations.
Allen+Batchelor Construction maintains an open door policy which allows any employee access to their supervisor or manager to discuss any concerns without fear of retaliation.
