It is the policy of Allen+Batchelor Construction to provide an injury and incident free workplace. We strive to continually improve in the safety and health of all employees and subcontractors by continual training and input from our employee safety team.
Our safety program is managed by a Safety officer as well as our employee safety team. Regular training and inspection of jobsites are all an active component to our management of safety. Subcontractors are required to sign a Subcontractor Safety Requirements contract prior to beginning work on site. This is the basis to our safety policy and gets everyone involved in a project aligned as to our safety expectations.
Allen+Batchelor Construction maintains an open door policy which allows any employee access to their supervisor or manager to discuss any concerns without fear of retaliation.
