Project Details
This 42,000 sf 48 bed memory care community is situated on 3.8 acres. The community consists of two secure and specifically built wings with each wing having its own dining and common spaces to help foster the feeling of home. Each wing has access to secured courtyards and walking trails. Each resident has their own private suite with bathroom. The evidence based design incorporates bird aviaries, digital aquariums, sound systems, HVAC scent misting systems, auto dimming lights, hydro tub therapy, and other unique features. We are proud to have completed this project 2+ months ahead of schedule and under budget.
