Project Details
A+B has a longstanding relationship with Stevens Creek Church. In 1998 A+B was selected to build the original Stevens Creek Road facility and has since completed a multitude of additions and improvements at that same facility. A+B has also built for the Pastor’s family businesses. So, when Steven Creek acquired the south Augusta facility, A+B is who they called to complete the project. Renovations had been started and stopped due to financial issues with the previous owner, so when A+B got involved a significant amount of effort was required to determine the condition of the existing facilities and condition of incomplete construction work.
In addition to complete renovations the work included repairing the leaking basement wall, replacing the failing sewer/water systems, upgrading the electrical systems, addressing noise transmission issues, correcting several structural concerns and designing/constructing a unique heavy timber deck. The end result was a completely renovated and new state of the art worship facility with the latest AV as well as an open concept layout for the support spaces with welcoming family features.
