A + B was proud to be selected for this Class A Office Building project. The bank is a three story structural steel and metal framed building which has a brick and EIFS veneer and is positioned in a prominent location within Riverwood Town Center. The bank occupies the first floor which is elegantly finished with Italian marble floors and stained walnut trim. These finishes required lots of careful planning and attention to detail in order to meet the project goals and objectives. The second and third floors are leasable areas.
