Project Details
This was a CM at Risk free standing medical office building which includes 26 patient rooms, 7 doctor offices, 3 nurses stations, well & sick waiting rooms, and all the necessary support spaces. The construction consisted of structural and light gauge steel structure with a brick & EIFS veneer and membrane roof. A+B provided the full suite of pre-construction and construction services. The integrated project delivery method used created a great team atmosphere. The result is a fabulous building that was completed under budget and on time for the client.
