We were the Construction Manager at Risk for this 21,500 sf medical office building which was designed to provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care, featuring exam rooms, procedure spaces, nurses’ stations, physician offices, waiting areas, and all the necessary support spaces for a modern healthcare environment.
The Client entrusted A+B to deliver a project that balanced quality, cost, and schedule. Our team provided complete pre-construction and construction services, working closely with the design team and ownership to maintain budget control and meet scheduling goals. Through careful planning and collaboration, the project was completed on time and under budget—exceeding expectations. The result is a thoughtfully built, state-of-the-art facility that prioritizes patient comfort and clinical efficiency while supporting the clinic’s mission of exceptional care.
