Project Details
This project was a new next generation facility for Lakeside Baptist Church. We were referred by a very happy past client and pastor of Christian Heritage Church, a similar project that we completed in 2018. The project was the first project that pastor Tad Marshall of Lakeside Baptist Church had shepherded as lead pastor.
Allen+Batchelor Construction served as the Construction Manager at Risk on this project. Full pre-construction services were provided to include: overall project scheduling and tracking, conceptual estimating, design development estimate, final cost estimate, value analysis, material and system comparison, governing authority coordination, and permitting. The projects final cost came in under the budget provided during the pre-construction phase. The project was completed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and on time.
