Project Details
The In Focus Church project was a 31,000 SF expansion and a 25,0000 SF renovation of the existing facilities including complete replacement of all existing utilities (all water, storm, sewer and power) and extensive new/replaced parking. Nothing on the existing property went unchanged. The project was carefully phased into 4 different phases as the facility was in use by staff and parishioners the entire construction duration. Temporary repurposing of spaces, temporary walks, temporary drives, temporary partitions and other techniques were required in order for the church to remain operational. The church did not miss any service as a result of construction.
The project consists of new 800 seat main auditorium with state-of-the-art Audio-Visual systems, gathering spaces, baths, coffee, kitche, new classroom space for all age groups and unique interior courtyard with decorative paving/pavers and synthetic grass.
