Project Details
This is a new freestanding 8,800 SF facility for Evans Rehabilitation Services. Project was completed in just under 7 months. Allen+Batchelor was engaged as the Design+Build contractor for the project and among other things provided pre-construction services including schematic cost estimates. Cost from schematics to final completion after all owner requested change orders were within 2.5%. The owner chose Allen+Batchelor as their partner in building their practice’s first owned facility, prior to this building they had been tenants in rented spaces.
