A+B was awarded this beautiful project which was our eighth (8th) large project for this dynamic and very successful client. The facility was constructed on a rezoned virgin site that straddles the city-county line which required necessary extensive coordination with different local governments, different utilities, and state agencies. The clinic includes 16 examination rooms, laboratory, testing facilities, pharmacy and associated support spaces adequate for 6-8 health care providers. As with many of our projects, the owner made several significant design changes during construction which we happily and economically accommodated without any delay in the overall timeline.
