Allen+Batchelor Construction (A+B) was selected as the contractor after an interview process in which the building committee evaluated multiple contractors for the project. A+B was chosen to provide pre-construction services to include: multiple cost estimates, detailed construction analysis, scheduling and value engineering. A fellowship hall was added to the scope of work during construction. This had to be coordinated and incorporated into the overall project scope and schedule. Acoustics were a major concern and this project incorporated several unique features to make sure there “wasn’t a bad seat in the house”.
