Beacon Bluff

Project Details

Beacon Bluff is a three-story, 26,000 square-foot mixed-use development located at one of the most active intersections in Downtown North Augusta and adjacent to the North Augusta Municipal Building. The project was designed to complement the surrounding area while introducing new restaurant, and office opportunities to the growing downtown district.

The structure consists of shallow foundations, a structural steel frame, load-bearing masonry stairwells and elevator shaft, and metal stud infill framing. The exterior façade features a combination of brick, EIFS, and cast stone which creates a timeless architectural look that aligns with the character of the area.  The Beacon Bluff tower features an elaborate color changing lighting system which was incorporated late in the construction process which is certain to draw attention and solidify the tower as a local landmark.

A+B delivered the core and shell for the developer along with several interior build-outs for tenants.
