Project Details
This facility was for a repeat client who desired to have their own surgery center. We were brought in early on in the design process to provide schematic estimating and then to walk the building through design to ensure the final product came within budget. By doing this we saved this customer approximately $100,000 on the overall project. Although the building design may seem very clean, this facility has highly sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems. We were able to complete this project including all state and local approvals two weeks ahead of schedule and in just over 7 months time. The building houses business office spaces, pre/post op areas, a nurses station, one procedure room, two operating rooms, and all the required surgical support spaces.
