This Design+Build project is located in Augusta, GA. This unique medical office building resembles a mountain vacation lodge that the owner visited frequently. The project features true structural heavy timber trusses and stone on both the exterior and interior of the facility. It contains 3 physician offices, 11 exam rooms, a state of the art lab and optical center. The Ambulatory Surgical Center addition is a first class eye surgery center. The ASC contains an operation suite, recovery spaces, stepdown lounge, administrative offices, and support spaces.
