Project Details
This was a Design+Build medical project where the owner wanted to build a cutting edge Endodontics facility which included the newest dental technology, maximized office efficiency, and was ergonomically designed for his staff. We successfully met all project goals and stayed within the owner’s budget. By selecting the Design+Build approach, we were able to construct this unique medical facility in five months allowing the owner to start seeing patients faster and reducing his soft costs.
