Project Details
This is a new freestanding 22,900 SF building for a 4 time repeat client, Woodside Development. The multi-tenant space includes orthopedic clinical space with X-ray, physical therapy suite, business offices, and a Wellness Center/Gymnasium for Wooodside Plantation with locker rooms, baths, steam, and sauna facilities. The new facility also includes a new indoor pool building which is constructed of heavy timbers.
