This new freestanding medical office building with related site improvements includes clinical primary care, urgent care, wound care, byperbaric/oxygen therapy units, X-Ray, business and support spaces. Unique features included a Garland standing seam roofing system and a Mitsubishi City-Multi VRF HVAC system which provides outstanding comfort and is very energy efficient. We were able to complete this project in a short 8 months from notice-of-award to owner occupancy even with the massive ice storm which shut down our entire community for a week. This project was started and opened in seven months.
