Project Details
This senior living community was for a repeat customer. We are proud to have completed it 1+ months ahead of schedule and under budget which is a considerable feat given that the project was built during an extremely wet winter and pandemic. This 42,000 square foot, 48 bed memory care community is situated on 6.3 acres. The community consists of two secure and specifically built wings with each wing having its own dining room and common spaces to help foster the feeling of home. Each wing has access to secured courtyards and walking trails. Each resident has their own private suite with bathroom. The evidence based design incorporates digital aquairums, sound systems, HVAC scent misting systems, auto dimming lights, hydro tub therapy, and other unique features.
