Project Details
We originally built this facility 15 years ago. After extensive use and business growth it was time for the client to completely renovate, add on additional spaces, and refresh the entire interior and exterior; however, the catch was that their busy practice who treats several hundred immunocompromised patients a day could not shut down during the renovation when a global pandemic was underway. A+B assembled a team who worked closely with the client and design team during the pre-construction process in order to clearly define the project goals and objectives and then to put into place plans and strategies to accomplish them while mitigating the obstacles and challenges. This project was completed in multiple phases in order to mitigate impacts on the client’s daily operations. Due to the hard work of our team members and trade partners, we were able to complete the project several months early which was a huge win for Augusta Oncology. Our team’s success in delivering challenging projects ahead of schedule is just one of many reasons why this was our 5th project for Augusta Oncology.
