- Review conceptual designs/outline specifications
- Identify potential problem areas / recommend improvements
- Advise on construction materials / building systems / equipment
- Recommend for purchase / expedite procurement of long-lead items
- Provide a preliminary construction budget
- Provide detailed site analysis to ensure optimum value is received
- Develop and refine detailed construction schedule to facilitate expedient bidding of sub trades and implementation of construction
