Project Details
This Design+Build project for the City of Augusta surpassed the owner’s expectations. We were able to meet all the requirements that the Marshal’s office had all while staying a good but under their budget which gave the Marsha’s office the ability to reallocate the excess funds to another project which was under funded. The facility contains: offices, access controlled entrance, open office work space & cubicles, office support spaces, kitchen, training/conference room, uniform & equipment storage, vault, and a future security command center. This well-built facility will serve the citizens of Richmond County well for many years.
