Center for Primary Care @ The Villages

Project Details

The Village at Crossroads is a professional medical development designed to recreate the ambiance and architectural charm of historic Charleston. The development features streetlamps, benches, fountains, arbors, and walkways which connects all of the eight medical office building lots together creating a very stress-free and relaxing environment. This development is anchored by Center for Primary Care’s Fifth location located in the Magnolia Building at the entrance to the medical community. This building also contains CPC’s Imaging Center, Georgia Gastroenterology, Sleep Rx, and MCG Medical Associates.

"We have enjoyed working with Allen-Batchelor Construction since 1999. We were so pleased with the entire process of building our Evans office that we have recommended them time and time again to other medical groups and have used them to design-build three additional projects for us. We particularly like the fact that the principle owners, John Allen and deVane Batchelor, are fully involved managing their projects. I also appreciate the way the administrative aspects and financial transactions are handled making it as easy as possible to keep track of large construction budgets."
