Project Details
This new freestanding 16,990 SF building was for 7 time repeat client Center For Primary Care. The multi-tenant space includes primary care clinical space with business offices and support spaces and a physical therapy suite for Georgia-Lina Physical Therapy. This project was completed in 7 months from receipt of building permit. Allen+Batchelor was engaged as the Design+Build contractor for the project and among other things provided pre-construction services including schematic cost estimates. Cost from schematics to final completion after all owner requested change orders were within 2.7%.
