Project Details
A+B was selected as the Construction Manager for this project through a series of qualification submittals and interviews. The helpful, team first attitude that A+B brought to the process fit perfectly with their team. This building would be the new main office for this orthopedics group that had previously been a tenant in Medical Office Buildings. The guidance and assistance in selection of materials and systems was valuable to newcomers in the building ownership world.
This facility is constructed of structural steel framing, metal stud infill, brick and stucco veneer and metal roof panels. The interior spaces consist of thirty exam rooms, support spaces, individual physician offices, administrative spaces, Physical Therapy gym, X-ray suite and MRI suite.
