Augusta ENT – Sutherland Mill

Project Details

The Design+Build project was constructed inside of an old cotton mill which was built in 1886. The facility has all the character as well as the complexity associated with building a class A medical office space within a 125 year old building. The architectural features include exposed heavy timber structural member and thick brick walls. The facility includes 15 exam rooms and associated support spaces for the 5 physicians, CT Imaging, allergy clinic with mixing, and audiology clinic with testing.
