A+B was brought in at the onset of the design process for this historic renovation project. By being involved early on we were able to ensure the owner’s goals for quality, cost, and schedule were met. The project included completely renovating and updating the entire main house, extensive hardscape and landscaping work, and included the addition of a carriage house. A top priority for our client was maintaining as much of the original structure, features, and elements as possible all while modernizing, completely redoing all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and meeting programing needs. Through creative processes and techniques we were able to protect and preserve the original main level ornate finishes and craftsmanship during this extensive remodel. Additionally we were able to assemble a team of true craftsmen that were able to restore the home to its original glory and make the new additions seem like they had been there the whole time.
